Genericmedicine.com uses a licensed dispensing pharmacy in Singapore which is also
pharmacy checker approved to dispense your medicines. It is the responsibility of
genericmedicine.com to protect you as a customer during the entire transaction till
you get the right medicine at your door step. In accordance to the international
pharmacy laws and the ethics does not allows us to accept the medicine back to us
so it is very important for you as the customer to be sure when you place order
with us for your medicines. But then due to some unavoidable circumstances with
a supporting email from your end we will accept your returns. We will refund 90%
of the drug cost, as we will deduct 10% as stocking fee. Shipping charges will be
non refundable. Just in case if you have used some medicine and the packet is opened
and you did not like the ordered product then do not worry send it back and we will
refund you 50% but again the shipping charges will be non refundable. But the above
refund conditions are only applicable when you return the goods and you provide
us the tracking id. Return should be done using only regular USPS shipment. The
cost of return will be born by the buyer. If for some reason your order didn't arrive
within the scheduled delivery time or was damaged we will issue an immediate reshipment
or refund depending on the given situation. The customer is not held responsible
for this. In the given situation that if the pharmacy ships you out the wrong medication
by mistake they will send you a new shipment to compensate for the error*. It is
in this manner that we can keep the prices low and ensure a safe and fraud free
environment for everyone involved. If your order has not already been shipped and
you wish to cancel you will be charged a $20.00 USD cancellation fee. If there is
a back order or shortage or discontinuation of some medicine and we have not been
able to ship the medicine to you and in the condition you wish to cancel the order
then we will not charge you any cancellation fees. * Please note they can only dispatch
this new shipment once you have sent back and they have received the original shipment.
** We will always need a proof of return shipment like for example USPS tracking
id which needs to be faxed back to us.

are prohibited from using returned drugs. The applicable rule reads as follows:
The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any
drug or non-prescription medication (British Columbia College of Pharmacists Standard
5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996) However, if an error
by the pharmacy results in a customer receiving drugs that should not have been
shipped, a 100% credit or refund will be issued.

medicine on my own free will?

IF the customer wish to return the medicine on his own free where he/she does not
have enough valid reasons then in that case the medicines has to be returned via
united states postal service with a tracking ID within 12 hour on receipt of the
medicine and the tracking ID needs to be faxed at our Toll free fax number as given
on our home page and we will give you a credit on receipt of the medicine back to
our pharmacy. There will be a 50% deduction as a stacking fee.
GenericMedicine.com will not issue refunds if:
- The customer decides to cancel order after order has been shipped.
- The customer refuses the order due to delays imposed by customs.
- Customer refuses order upon delivery.
- Customer error (i.e. the customer ordered the wrong medication, and wrong address
provided by the customer etc)
